Construction of SCA Arena is planned as the largest ice arena in the world. The project includes establishment of a new, modern and multifunctional sports-and-leisure centre with two ice arenas and theme leisure parks in the surrounding area of more than 12 ha to have an opportunity for open air cultural events, doing sports, quiet family leisure and walking with children.
