Refurbishment of Pulkovo Airport – is the only project on airport reconstruction in Russia successfully implemented on the basis of public private partnership. Within the first stage of the project a new international passenger terminal has been built and Pulkovo-1 domestic flights passenger terminal has been reconstructed.
